So my the healthy eating portion of my “new lifestyle” has been ruined for the weekend but I don’t have to stop working out. When I had that weak moment last night I should’ve just ordered breadsticks - but then they wouldn’t have delivered it. Well anyway, can’t change what’s done, just gotta move on. So I’m thinking Zumba in a little bit (hopefully I’ll add weights). I’m also thinking about adding raspberry ketones to my regimen. I know you’re not supposed to take things to lose weight but I’ve been in situations where I lose 3 lbs in 3 months. It’s discouraging and I know I’ll quit if I don’t notice a physical change (even if it doesn’t show on the scale). Also, I’m not going to solely depend on the ketones. I still plan to eat right and work out.

I started taking raspberry ketones today. I really hope this works. I haven’t lost a single pound since starting the Special K diet. I feel like I’m going to be this big forever. I’ll keep trying and eating healthier and exercising. I can’t wait for next week because I start school and I’ll be able to go to the gym that the school has. I just hate this so much.
