I started taking raspberry ketones today. I really hope this works. I haven’t lost a single pound since starting the Special K diet. I feel like I’m going to be this big forever. I’ll keep trying and eating healthier and exercising. I can’t wait for next week because I start school and I’ll be able to go to the gym that the school has. I just hate this so much.

I think these raspberry ketones are the real deal, I’ve only been taking them for like 5 days or so, but I can think they are helping to suppress my appetite and cravings. Going to the gym~*~*~*~*~*~

Now that I think of it, I have come off my raspberry ketones this week and lost only a pound, which is a small amount compared to my 4 ponds last week when I was taking them.. maybe they do work.
